As part of our Centenary celebrations, Blackburn Cathedral will host a special flower exhibition from Friday 21st August until Monday 24th August 2026.
Churches from across the Diocese will bring parish life into the Cathedral in the form of stunning floral displays as this unique exhibition combines creativity with community.
Exhibitors will display their floral artistry through the theme of this exhibition which is ‘Celebrating the Uniqueness of Your Parish’.
The exhibition opening hours are:
Friday 21st Aug: 9.30am – 4pm
Saturday 22nd Aug: 9.30am – 3.30pm
Sunday 23rd Aug: 12.30pm – 3.30pm
Monday 24th Aug: 9.30am – 4pm
There is no charge for entry however a suggested of donation of £5 is encouraged to support the important work of the Friends of Blackburn Cathedral, an independent charity who raise funds to support projects that enhance the fabric and facilities of the Cathedral
