Jenny has illuminated the Lichfield Cathedral community with her extraordinary spirit of service. Her “get stuck in” attitude embodies selfless dedication—whether welcoming visitors, supporting front of house, or assisting the music department.
Her musical passion shines through her Chamber Choir participation and dedicated board service with Music Share. Through this award-winning Schools Singing Programme, she has touched countless young lives, nurturing a love for singing in the next generation.
As a Welcomer, Jenny creates a uniquely warm atmosphere for visitors. Her joyful presence during Christmas Light Shows transformed thousands of experiences from ordinary to memorable.
What makes Jenny truly exceptional is her unwavering positivity and flexibility. She’s been a lifeline for the Front of House team through periods of change. Her ability to step up or back as needed—always with grace, reveals her remarkable character. With her calming influence, perpetual smile, and wealth of knowledge, Jenny encourages new team members daily.
