Truro Cathedral is getting ready to host Jacqui Parkinson’s acclaimed textile exhibition, Threads Through Revelation, that brings the final book of the Bible to life in millions of stitches.

Following the success of Threads Through Creation last year, Jacqui Parkinson’s new exhibition, Threads Through Revelation, will be on display in the cathedral from next Tuesday (03 September) until Sunday 05 October.
Through vibrant silks, paint, metallic leathers and gold leaf, Jacqui reimagines one of the Bible’s most challenging and compelling books in a way that is accessible, imaginative and visually powerful.
Created over more than three years, the exhibition invites visitors into a world of powerful symbolism and expansive themes, including hope and judgement, good and evil, heaven and earth, and the promise of a new creation.
Having toured cathedrals and churches across the UK, Threads Through Revelation continues to captivate audiences of all ages.

Threads Through Revelation runs at Truro Cathedral from Tuesday 03 September to Sunday 05 October and can be viewed during general visiting times. Admission to the cathedral is free, although donations are very much appreciated.
