Breaking Through to Freedom shares Talia Sena’s journey from domestic abuse to survival, freedom, healing, and thriving.
The exhibition uses poetry and oil painting as powerful mediums to speak out about domestic abuse and raise awareness of its impact.
This exhibition is presented during the United Nations’ 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence and coincides with White Ribbon Day on 25 November — a global movement that calls on people to take a stand against violence towards women and girls.
